Getting Started:
Visit your local branch or call 1300 72 44 33.
Security
- Please sign your card immediately, memorise the PIN and destroy the PIN notification
- DO NOT store the card and the PIN together as this could lead to fraudulent and unauthorized use
- Be aware of who may be looking over your shoulder at the ATM - keep your PIN secret
If you wish to select your own PIN, then call at our Palmerin Street branch in Warwick with identification
- Monthly statements are posted to your last known address and statements may also be issued upon request. Transaction slips from ATMs, cash advances and EFTPOS dockets should be retained and checked against statements each month
