    Warwick Credit Union Security Tokens offer a high level of business transaction banking security for on-line and BPay payments.

    Security and Use Features:

  • High audit security. All transactions are date stamped and the user recorded.

Options 
The GOS token provides simple to use two factor authentications. For each transaction, two one time numerical passwords are generated by pressing the button on the token.GOS Security Token
The Pro260 has a higher level of security, providing three factor authentications. It includes PIN activation and two levels of 'challenge' (input of randomly generated numerical codes) for each transaction.Pro260 Security Token



Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Why do I need a Security Token?
A: As with any transfer of money, internet transacting is a target for criminals. Security tokens are the most effective defence for your money.

Q: How do I activate my token?
A: Our staff will assist you to arrange activation including initial password/PIN.

Q: Can I have more than one token?
A: Yes. Each individual who makes payments has their own token, but if you do not want more than 1 token; then two or more signatories can be linked to the one token. Each signatory will have their own E-client number and access code but use the same token. NB: If more than one token is issued on the one membership - they both must be of the same type.

Q: How long do the batteries in the token last?
A: Approximately two years. When they are running low, the screen will display 'Low Bat'.  Please contact us for replacements at that time.

Q: What do I do if  I lost my token or believe my security has been compromised?
A: Contact us immediately to arrange for cancellation and replacement.

Q: Can I use tokens with '2 to sign' accounts?
A: Yes. Two signatories are each issued with a token.

Q: Can I still log on using just my Member Number?
A: No. Once you e-client token has been activated, your old way of logging in using your Member number will be disabled.

 Terms and Conditions for Warwick Credit Union Security Tokens:

1. The Warwick Credit Union General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Access Facilities apply to the use of tokens
2. One token is issued per individual. Tokens cannot be transferred between individuals.
3. Warwick Credit Union will apply a charge for tokens.
4. Tokens may require a unique PIN.
5. It is the responsibility of the user to keep all password/PIN details confidential.
6. Tokens include the use of randomly generated passwords. It is the responsibility of the user to correctly input the password to online banking.
7. The Member is liable for any loss caused by acts or omission of all users.
8. The Member is liable for unauthorised use of the tokens.
9. The Member must regularly check their statement/s for unauthorised transactions and advise Warwick Credit Union immediately of any suspect transactions.
10. Always access online banking using the official Warwick Credit Union website address - do not use links from an email.
