
Community Groups are invited to apply for funding from the Warwick Credit Union Foundation.
The Warwick Credit Union Foundation is a non-profit foundation focused on providing philanthropic assistance, of up to $25,000, to community groups in Warwick Credit Union branch areas for innovative projects, facilities or activities.

The objectives of the Warwick Credit Union Foundation are as follows:
Warwick Credit Union Foundation is to provide funding support for innovative projects/activities which are of benefit to the communities in which the Credit Union operates; - Organisations or bodies funded would be generally aligned with the values of the Credit Union; in particular, be non-political, non-discriminatory and socially responsible;
- In accordance with the self-help motive of the Credit Union, community development, projects/activities supported would demonstrate the community development and on-going benefits of the funding sought.
Grants Selection Criteria Grant applications will be assessed principally on the quality of the community benefit they would deliver. Other relevant considerations are:
- Funded projects/activities will meet the Warwick Credit Union Foundation objectives;
- Funding generally would be within the range of $5,000 to $25,000 per project/activity;
- Project innovation and broader community benefit will be preferred for funding;
- Commercially oriented or profit making projects/activities are not eligible for funding;
- The Warwick Credit Union Foundation Committee will seek and assess proposals for funding as required and in accordance with the objectives and funding criteria;;
- Funding recipients will provide a report to the Warwick Credit Union Foundation on the use of the funds in accordance with the purpose for which it has been provided.
Grants Exclusions In general, Warwick Credit Union Foundation will not support:
- Individuals, including Warwick Credit Union's staff members;
- General fund raising;
- Operational expenses (unless part of the funded project)
- Political activities
- Organisations or groups who discriminate or limit membership based on race, gender, beliefs, class or cultural considerations.
