Online Security - Everyone's Responsibility

Now more that ever it is increasingly important to be vigilant with internet security and divulging personal details to third parties. With online and email based ‘scams’ being a prevalent aspect of fraud related crime, it is imperative that you validate the authenticity of all internet sites you visit, and all emails you receive. Most organisations including Warwick Credit Union will never request personal details from you via email. With online shopping quickly becoming an everyday practice for the majority of Australians, it remains imperitive that you check the authenticity of websites you are purchasing from, and always take the time to read the terms and conditions of a transaction before accepting to proceed, or entering your card details.

Warwick's Jumpers & Jazz Festival 2011 - Bigger and Better than Ever!

Warwick Credit Union staff got into the swing of things, with a tree jumper entry inspired by this years theme 'Starry Starry Night'. Over the months before the festival many staff busily crafted the many ornaments that adorned the tree outside 101 Palmerin Street.

Bridges/Warwick Credit Union Retirement Survey

During July Warwick Credit Union, in conjunction with Bridges Financial Planning Services, undertook a survey with a sample of our members aged 55 and over around retirement planning. Participants in the survey were eligible to win a $250 cash prize. We are pleased to announce that long time credit union member, Mrs Elizabeth Connelly of Warwick was the prize winner. Congratulations!
